I used the map of Israel with the flag and added traditional food and houses to show its identity. This work presents the silhouette of Israel formed by a composition of Jewish symbols and cultural elements. Images such as the Star of David, the Torah, the Kotel, Shabbat candles, and other objects representing tradition, spirituality, and identity can be seen. The combination of colors and figures conveys a connection between history, faith, and everyday life. Altogether, the work expresses that Israel is a meeting point between culture, religion, and belonging. It represents identity, symbolism, culture, and connection. Israel, family, home, and connection to the Land of Israel. This poster shows that Israel plays a central role in the Jewish world as a source of identity, unity, and connection. Through symbols such as the Torah, the Star of David, and the Kotel, it highlights its importance in Jewish history and religious life. The combination of traditional and modern elements reflects how Israel connects the past with the present. It also shows Israel as a place that brings together Jews from different backgrounds. Overall, the poster presents Israel as a fundamental pillar for the continuity and shared values of the Jewish people. Israel is much more than a physical place. It represents identity and culture for the Jewish people. I was inspired by the group work of 6th-grade students from Gray Academy of Jewish Education in Canada. Their way of integrating symbols, colors, and cultural elements motivated me to create a design with identity and meaning.
